How Monitoring Works

The eAlarmMonitoring Process:


Our 24 Hour UL Certified Central Monitoring Station offers you the comfort of knowing that your home or business is protected and secured at all times.  In the event that your alarm system goes off, it will transmit a signal to eAlarmMonitoring's 24 Hour Central Station, and one of our operators will respond within seconds.


We will call up to two different phone numbers that you have designated in order to verify if the alarm signal that was received was an actual alarm or a false one.  If no one answers, or if someone answers that doesn't know the password that you have set, the eAlarmMonitoring Central Station operator will call your local police department and dispatch them out immediately.


In the event of Medical or Fire emergencies, the typical response is immediate and the operator will not call to verify since every moment counts in these type of situations.  After the alarm has been reported, the operator will continue on and notify any friends, neighbors or relatives that you want and let them know that there has been an alarm and that the authorities have been dispatched.  You can also be contacted at work or on your cell phone as well.
